I was a little nervous because I didn't know what to expect. I had a lot of fun! The best part was switching poses and outfits. I decided on my outfits because they were my favorite ones and they were very elegant. Kathleen was amazing to work with! She made it so fun!

What to expect

Real, honest images of you at your best. Clean portraiture to show the real you. I take care of lighting and posing you into natural poses to bring out your best features. You just relax, show up with your clean, pressed outfits and prepare for a fun photo session!

What to wear

I recommend 2-3 outfits that show your style and who you are right now. Pick a casual look, a more dressy look and maybe a look that shows special interests.

Casual can be preppy to grunge, dressy should be something that you might wear to church or to a nice dinner out with a date or family. Special interests can be anything that you are interested in right now. From long boarding, to football or cheer leading to competitive swimming. Or if you play an instrument, bring that along if possible. Or if you have a really cool car or motorcycle, we can incorporate those. Have a horse or a pet? We can work our locations to accommodate them!

Just remember to be who you are and show that for the time of life you are in right now.

Facial Retouching

Yes, we do that. We don't over retouch, but we do remove any blemish or scratch in the final chosen images.

Location

Some of our favorite locations are at the beach, downtown Dunedin (a large variety of buildings and backdrops), Tarpon Springs - especially if you live here! or Fred Howard Park in Tarpon Springs. We can get both outdoor park settings and beach settings if we go to Fred Howard Park.

when should I book?

Good question.

Book out far enough that you can use your images for announcements.

Also, if you can use one of the images I create for your yearbook, you need to know the deadline for that. (Some schools have only one contract photographer for the yearbook and sometimes will not allow any other photographs to be used except for the official photographers images. Check on that for the yearbook photo.)

Consider your work, sports and school schedules. To work around those sometimes takes a little planning. You may need to schedule far enough in advance so that you can be sure of getting off of work or getting out of school early enough to get ready and be photographed. If you are counting on Saturdays, remember - everyone else is too!

Saturdays and school holidays book up really fast.

What products do you offer?

We have albums, prints, wall portraits and digital products. Give us a call to discuss options.
